Pickup and Global Shipping

Pickup

We are delighted to launch an in-store pickup service as a way for you to get your order quickly when you come to visit us. If you are coming to the Museum, we encourage you to place your order with us before your visit so that we can have it ready upon your arrival.

  • Select "pickup" as your delivery method at checkout
  • You will receive a notification (text message or email) from us when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation, which shows your in-store pickup selection, with you to the Museum. You may show it on your phone, or bring a printed copy of this email.
  • Upon arrival to the Museum, display your order confirmation to a Museum staff member, and proceed to the Shop. When you get to the Shop, show a Gift at the Gardner staff member your order confirmation and they will retrieve your order.
  • Effective August 7, 2021, face coverings are required indoors for all persons regardless of vaccination status based on recommendations and data from the CDC which has designated Suffolk County, Massachusetts, as being in a period of “substantial” transmission. All visitors and staff have the right to a safe, respectful experience and we appreciate your adherence to this policy
  • Please note that Gift at the Gardner’s hours of operation align with the Museum’s. Pickup orders will not be available for pickup on Tuesdays, as we are closed.

Shipping

Domestic Orders:

All in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days of your order’s date of purchase, unless otherwise notified. Shipments are fulfilled in accordance with the Shop’s hours of operation. Orders are shipped Monday thru Saturday. We do not ship orders on Sundays or on major holidays. 

Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS or FedEx; upon fulfilment, tracking information will be provided to customers via email. 

We offer flat rate shipping of $12 on orders under $100, and free shipping on orders of $100 or more. 

Shipping times depend on the order’s destination. The following shipping timelines are estimates for order transit times. Actually shipping times may vary:

  • Orders shipping within New England (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT) may be in transit for approximately 1-3 business days.
  • Orders shipping outside of New England within the contiguous United States may be in transit for approximately 3-10 business days. 
  • Orders shipping to noncontiguous states (AK, HI) may be in transit for approximately 10 to 14 business days.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all shipments within Massachusetts. If you have any questions about shipments, please contact shipping@isgm.org.

International Orders:

Gift at the Gardner is pleased to open its virtual doors to international shoppers. Items shipped internationally will incur an additional shipping charge at the following rates:

Under $50.00: $39.95

$50.01-$75.00: $49.95

$75.01-$100.00: $59.95

Over $100.00: $69.95

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tariffs, duties, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient due upon delivery. If the order is a gift, we ask that shoppers notify the recipient of potential tariffs, duties, or customs charges.
