In-Store Pickup

Gift at the Gardner is delighted to offer an in-store pickup service as a way for you to get your order quickly.

COVID-19 and Local Pickup

Before placing an order for pickup from our museum, please review the following guidelines:

Effective March 5, fully vaccinated visitors are longer required to wear face coverings in the Museum for general admission, shopping at Gift at the Gardner, or visits to Café G. Proof of vaccination status is not required. Learn more about the Museum's COVID-19 health and safety guidelines here.

Pickup Procedure

  • At checkout, select "pickup" as your delivery method
  • You will receive an email notification from us when your order is ready to be picked up. Please bring your order confirmation, which shows your in-store pickup selection, with you to the Museum. You may show it on your phone, or bring a printed copy of your email confirmation.
  • Upon arrival to the Museum, please check in at our Admissions desk first before proceeding to the gift shop. When you get to the shop, show a Gift at the Gardner staff member your order confirmation and they will retrieve your order.

    Gift at the Gardner’s hours of operation align with the Museum’s. Orders will not be available for pickup on Tuesdays, as we are closed.

    Please note that in-store pickup orders must be retrieved from Gift at the Gardner within 2 weeks of receiving your order's fulfillment notification.  If your order is not picked up within two weeks of fulfillment and we are unable to confirm a pickup time with you, we will cancel and refund your order.

    If you decide that you would like your order shipped instead, please email shipping@isgm.org. Upon notification, we will issue you an invoice for the cost of shipping. Once the invoice is completed, we will ship your order.
