Returns and Cancellations

Returns

We gladly accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All custom prints orders, sale items, and personal use items (such as face masks) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

Please contact us at shipping@isgm.org to initiate the return process. To return merchandise, please pack items securely. Gift at the Gardner is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipments; we encourage all goods returned to be insured.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be submitted and an email confirming your refund will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

As we process orders very quickly, we will try our best to accommodate order cancellation and modification requests. Should you need to make changes to your order, please promptly email requests to shipping@isgm.org as soon as possible. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Damages

If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, we will do our best to rectify the issue. Please email shipping@isgm.org and retain the shipment’s packaging.
