We gladly accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All custom prints orders, sale items, and personal use items (such as face masks) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate the return process. To return merchandise, please pack items securely. Gift at the Gardner is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipments; we encourage all goods returned to be insured.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be submitted and an email confirming your refund will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Provided we have not already processed and shipped your order, we are happy to honor cancellation requests. Please promptly email your request to cancel to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 617-278-5122.
If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, we will do our best to rectify the issue. Please email email@example.com and retain the shipment’s packaging.
