Local Pickup
Gift at the Gardner is delighted to offer an in-store pickup service as a way for you to get your order quickly.
Pickup Procedure
- At checkout, select "pickup" as your delivery method
- You will receive an email notification from us when your order is ready to be picked up. Please bring your order confirmation, which shows your in-store pickup selection, with you to the Museum. You may show it on your phone, or bring a printed copy of your email confirmation.
- Upon arrival to the Museum, please check in at our Admissions desk first before proceeding to the gift shop. When you get to the shop, show a Gift at the Gardner staff member your order confirmation and they will retrieve your order.
Gift at the Gardner’s hours of operation align with the Museum’s. Orders will not be available for pickup on Tuesdays, as we are closed.
Please note that in-store pickup orders must be retrieved from Gift at the Gardner within 2 weeks of receiving your order's fulfillment notification. If your order is not picked up within two weeks of fulfillment and we are unable to confirm a pickup time with you, we will cancel and refund your order.
If you decide that you would like your order shipped instead, please email shipping@isgm.org. Upon notification, we will issue you an invoice for the cost of shipping. Once the invoice is completed, we will ship your order.
Holiday Deadlines
Based on carrier deadlines, we suggest placing domestic-bound orders by the following dates for holiday delivery. Please note that standard shipping is not a guaranteed service and does not factor in unforeseen delays:
- For delivery by the first night of Hannukah (Sunday, December 14th), place orders by 11:59PM EST on Friday, December 5th.
- For delivery by Christmas Eve (Wednesday, December 24th), place orders by 11:59PM EST on Monday, December 15th.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate arrivals for international-bound orders.
Expedited shipping options are available on a case-by-case basis and will incur a higher shipping fee. Please contact shipping@isgm.org for an expedited quote.

Domestic Orders
All in-stock items are processed (items are picked and packed for shipping) within 1-3 business days of the order’s date of purchase unless otherwise notified. Orders are processed from Tuesday through Saturday. We do not process orders on major holidays.
Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS or FedEx; after the order is processed, customers will receive tracking information. Orders typically enter the mailstream the day after they are processed. Once tracking information is issued, requests to change order details (including shipping addresses and gift-wrapping requests) cannot be accommodated.
We offer flat-rate shipping of $12 on orders under $100 and free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Shipping times depend on the order’s destination. The following shipping timelines are estimates for order transit times. Actual shipping times may vary:
- Orders shipping within New England (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT) may be in transit for approximately 1-3 business days.
- Orders shipping outside of New England within the contiguous United States may be in transit for approximately 1-7 business days.
- Orders shipping to non-contiguous states (AK, HI) may be in transit for approximately 10 to 14 business days.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all shipments within Massachusetts. If you have any questions about shipments, please contact shipping@isgm.org.
International Orders
Gift at the Gardner is pleased to open its virtual doors to international shoppers.
All in-stock items are processed (items are picked and packed for shipping) within 1-3 business days of the order’s date of purchase unless otherwise notified. Orders are processed from Tuesday through Saturday. We do not process orders on major holidays. All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days of your order’s date of purchase unless otherwise notified.
Orders are shipped using standard FedEx international services; after the order is processed, customers will receive tracking information. Orders typically enter the mailstream the day after they are processed. Once tracking information is issued, requests to change order details (including shipping addresses and gift-wrapping requests) cannot be accommodated.
Items shipped internationally will incur an additional shipping charge at the following rates:
- Under $50.00: $39.95
- $50.01-$75.00: $49.95
- $75.01-$100.00: $59.95
- Over $100.00: $69.95
Shipping times depend on the order's destination and customs inspections. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tariffs, duties, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient due upon delivery. If the order is a gift, we ask that shoppers notify the recipient of potential tariffs, duties, or customs charges. Handling Fees
