Hibiscus is used around the world where it traditionally grows in tropical climates and is famous for its antioxidant and Vitamin C properties and for its refreshing, invigorating properties.
This elixir is made in 10 gallon batches by cooking down 3 different varieties of organic hibiscus flower petals to create a rich, intensive syrup. It lends bold, lemony-tart, and sweet berry notes to drinks and a jewel-like magenta hue comes directly from the flower petals.
