FAQ for Holiday Orders

"What are Gift at the Gardner's order deadlines?" 

Based on carrier deadlines, domestic-bound orders placed by midnight EST on Tuesday, December 12th will likely arrive on or before Saturday, December 24th. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate arrivals for international-bound orders.

Expedited shipping options are available on a case-by-case basis and will incur a higher shipping fee. Please contact shipping@isgm.org for an expedited quote.

“Has my order shipped yet?”

If you have received an email containing tracking information, your order has entered the mailstream.

If you have not received an email containing tracking information, your order's fulfillment is in progress. The Gift at the Gardner Team works as quickly as possible to fulfill orders in a timely manner. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped that contains tracking information so that you can follow your order’s progress. 

“My tracking information hasn’t been updated since the label was created. Is my shipment lost?”

Due to the increase in volume during the holiday season, mail carriers slow under the strain. As a result, some shipments may be delayed, the tracking information may not be updated in real-time, and the initial scans on outgoing orders may be missed. This does not mean that the package is lost. We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information.

“When will my package arrive?”

We are provided with the same tracking information as our customers, so we are unable to provide any additional information about arrival. Once an order ships from Gift at the Gardner, the tracking information sent to you via email will have the most up-to-date information on your order's status. We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information.


“I was sent X when I ordered Y. What do I do?”

We sincerely apologize for the mix-up and we will work quickly to rectify the issue. Please contact shipping@isgm.org. You will be issued a prepaid return label for the incorrectly shipped item. As soon as the return tracking information begins to update, we will ship the correct item.
