Since 1670, the recipe for shortbread, a famous pure butter biscuit, has been passed down from generation to generation in Sablé-sur-Sarthe. A showcase of the cultural and gastronomic heritage of the Sarthe Valley, the emblematic Biscuiterie La Sablésienne is a family and artisanal business which perpetuates this ancestral know-how thanks to the quality of its raw materials worked by its master pastry chefs.

This Ciel de Paris (or Sky of Paris) tin holds all-chocolate shortbread biscuits made with cocoa powder for an intense chocolate taste. These traditional cookies come in a decorative reusable tin featuring a soft, emblematic Parisian setting.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, fresh butter 18.3%, sugar, chocolate chips 10.2% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin), cocoa powder 4%, eggs, salt, skimmed milk powder, powder to leaven: sodium bicarbonate.
