In 2015, Belart began working with local artisans from the central mountainous Andean region in Colombia, the creators of eco-resin jewelry. The bio-based resin used in each hand-cast piece is eco-friendly and non-toxic. These eco-resins do not compete with food sources or displace food-based agriculture.
The Rose Petals Full Moon Necklace features a pendant holding delicately pressed rose petals suspended in eco-resin. The rose has been named the June birthday flower. The pendant hangs from a gold-plated chain, the perfect complement to this nature-inspired, nature-made piece.
