Sunography Fabric Kit
Sunography Fabric Kit is available for preorder. If your order includes other items, those items will ship first.
Explore solar powered creativity! This kit allows you to try out one of the oldest types of photography from the comfort of your home. Sunlight sensitive material was a forerunner of modern photographic processes. This type of print (called a cyanotype) dates back to 1842. It was popularized by Anna Atkins, one of the first female photographers.
Place any object or transparency on the Sunography Fabric, expose it in sunlight, and then rinse to reveal a rich blue print: a cyanotype! Each piece of fabric can be exposed on two sides, both front and back. Play with flowers, leaves, lace, transparencies, whatever you can think of! Made with 100% cotton fabric - easy to paint or stitch over.
Includes six 6"x 6" colored 100% cotton squares in green, orange, rose, turquoise, violet, and white colors
