Holly Jade Brooch

The genus of holly, Ilex, includes species of trees, shrubs, and climbers with evergreen or deciduous foliage and inconspicuous flowers. The berries are an important food source for birds and, in winter, their spiny leaves make them an ideal home for shelter.
