Originating in Central and South America, lemon verbena is considered the Queen of Aromatic Herbs as its oils retain their potency for years. Lemon verbena is ideal for light, refreshing drinks—the Spanish even created a drink with it called the Luisa, named after Princess Maria Luisa in the late eighteenth century, upon its introduction to Europe.

The potent oils extracted from lemon verbena are used to create this lemon verbena elixir to give it an exceptionally strong lemony and citrus flavor.
