Founded in 1956 and now in its third generation, Piero and Maurizio Peroni lead a small group of artisans in creating cuoio artistico fiorentino, leather objects made completely by hand and mostly seamless. The calf leather, sourced in the Tuscany, is vegetable-tanned and dyed by hand. Fratelli Peroni is one of only very few workshops in Florence still working in this very traditional manner.
